Pickup orders

An order is accepted only when the system displays confirmation. Items, prices, timing, and availability may change before acceptance. Please verify your name, phone, email, and pickup time. We may contact you for clarification or decline/cancel an order we cannot fulfill and will refund any amount collected for it.

Catering requests

The catering form is a quote request, not a contract or date reservation. An event is confirmed only after both parties agree in writing on the menu, guest count, location, charges, deposit, payment schedule, changes, cancellation, and refunds. Terms in a specific quote or confirmation control if they differ from this page.

Prices and tax

Prices are in USD and may change before an order is confirmed. Applicable Washington retail sales tax is shown separately at checkout. Prepared food is generally subject to Washington retail sales tax; the local rate depends on the delivery or pickup location and can change. Washington Department of Revenue

Allergens and food safety

Food may have cross-contact with peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, fish, shellfish, sesame, and other allergens in a shared kitchen. Tell us about allergies before ordering; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Food must be picked up, transported, stored, and consumed safely.

Cancellation, refunds, and disputes

Catering cancellation/refund terms are stated in the specific quote or confirmation because ingredient and labor commitments vary by event. For pickup orders, contact us as soon as possible; cancellation or refund availability depends on whether preparation has begun. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Website use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, automate spam, misrepresent information, or use the website unlawfully. Content and images belong to their respective owners and may not be commercially copied without permission.
